Anne Ehringhaus designs and conducts cross-cultural awareness programs, team building workshops, pre- and post-departure orientations and cultural briefings for countries and regions in Europe, North America and Southeast Asia.

Anne Ehringhaus, Founder and President

A native-born German with living and working experiences in Germany, the United States and Indonesia, Ms. Ehringhaus holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Koblenz-Landau and a degree as Systemic Organizational Consultant from the Institute of Systemic Consulting in Wiesloch, Germany. She completed intercultural programs at the Summer Institute for Intercultural Training in Portland, Oregon and has presented at intercultural conferences and universities. She is a member of the GABC and SIETAR USA and is fluent in German and English, with a proficient knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.

Ms. Ehringhaus’ professional career in the intercultural field began in 1998 in North Carolina, USA,, when she learned about the challenges of delegates and their families . There, she supported expatriate spouses until she was offered a position by a consulting agency in Germany as Project Manager for training and coaching. She designed and facilitated intercultural competence trainings and coached executives in leadership skills.

Ms. Ehringhaus started her own business as leadership and intercultural coach and trainer in Germany in 2000 and continued her business in the intercultural field in the United States. She continues to work as a coach, trainer, facilitator, counselor, psychotherapist and business consultant on cultural competence and cultural adjustment in the US and in Germany.

Ms. Ehringhaus now resides with her U.S.-American husband and her two children in Central Maine, USA.
